Robin Carolan is a British, Irish film composer, music producer and curator.
For 10 years he was responsible for the acclaimed leftfield, electronic record label Tri Angle and has collaborated with artists including Björk, Vessel, Lyra Pramuk, and serpentwithfeet.
In 2022 he debuted as a film composer, working with Robert Eggers on the viking epic, ‘The Northman’ , His next score was for Robert Egger’s eagerly anticipated reimagining of the silent horror classic, ‘Nosferatu’, released Christmas Day, 2024 to critical acclaim and box office success. In 2025 Carolan was nominated for a BAFTA for Best Score, as well as for Breakthrough of the Year at the World Soundtrack Awards.
